I built this because I didn't want to run my career through ten different apps.

I'm an independent musician. Before Artivo, my business was scattered across a notes app, a couple of spreadsheets, a shared drive, and my inbox — and I kept losing track of who I'd sent a demo to, which invoice was overdue, or what needed to ship next. So I built the tool I actually needed, first just for myself. Once it worked, I made it available to other independent artists and DJs, duo and group projects, and small labels dealing with the same mess.

Without Artivo

Track ideas scattered across voice memos, a notes app, and old chat threads

No record of which demo went to which label, or when

Invoices tracked in a spreadsheet that's always one version behind

Gig details buried in an email thread from three months ago

Follow-ups you meant to send, until it's too late

Scrambling every year to pull income and expenses together for your accountant

With Artivo

Every track in one pipeline, from idea to release

Every label send logged, with the exact date you sent it

Invoices auto-generate as PDFs the moment you create them

Every gig linked straight to the venue that booked it

Overdue invoices and stale follow-ups surfaced on one dashboard

One-click financial report — income and expenses by category, ready for your accountant

Every track, from first idea to release

Drag a track through your own pipeline — Idea, In Progress, Mixed, Mastered, Done — with tasks, labels, and notes attached to every card. Example board shown, using your own categories and statuses.

Invoices that look like a real business sent them

Your logo, your bank details, line items, tax, and a clear amount due — every invoice renders as a polished PDF the moment you create it, ready to send or file away.

Everything updates instantly — a native app on your own machine, not a webpage waiting on a server.

Save a checklist as a reusable template once, then drop it onto every new track or piece of content — no retyping the same steps twice.

Jump from a gig to the venue it's booked at, an invoice to the contact it's billed to, or a track to the label you sent it — every relationship linked, not just listed.

One board for tracks, one for gigs, one for content — each with its own statuses, but all part of the same app.

Cmd+K opens a command palette to create or jump to anything — no digging through menus.

Your data lives locally on your own Mac — fast, private, and yours, with no subscription lock-in on your files.

What you're probably wondering

Questions, answered

Who is Artivo for?

Independent musicians and DJs who manage their own business — solo artists, duo and group projects, or small labels running more than one act.

Does it work on Windows?

Not yet — Artivo is a native macOS app, built for macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.

Where is my data stored?

Locally on your own Mac. Artivo doesn't upload your tracks, finances, or contacts to a server.

Can I use it for more than one artist name or project?

Yes — Tracks, Content, and Finance all support multiple boards, so you can run a solo alias, a duo project, and a label imprint side by side.

Is there a mobile app?

Not currently — Artivo is a desktop app, built for focused work at your Mac.

What does it cost?
